We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article of merchandise within ten (10) business days from the date of delivery.
Titanium & Stainless Steel Fashion offers no exchange before sending your article of merchandise back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The article you wish to return:
1. can be sent back to us only after you have contacted us by email to inform us of your intensions, and receive the return instructions from us;
2. must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged;
3. must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories including free gift boxes;
4. must be shipped along with the original or copy of the packing slip provided to you within the original shipment (a printout of your order found under “My account” on our site can be accepted);
5. must be received by Titanium & Stainless Steel Fashion within 30 business days from the date of delivery;
6. must be sent in one single shipment: articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time;
7. and must be shipped from the United States using UPS, USPS, or FedEx with the ability to track the package, at your expense.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund your order value net of handling fees and original shipping costs. We charge a $15.00 handling fee on each return. Return shipping is paid by you. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Titanium & Stainless Steel Fashion. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, Titanium & Stainless Steel Fashion will be entitled to dispose of such merchandise in its sole discretion.
Refunds are processed within approximately three (3) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase on the US Site. Your account should be credited within one or two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the refund policy of the credit card used or two months in case of a debit card used. Be aware that the currency date will be the date you ordered on Titanium & Stainless Steel Fashion (credit date = debit date), this means no interests should be charged on your account.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your merchandise if you ship your return without using UPS, USPS, or FedEx with the tracking ability.
We reserve the right to periodically modify this policy as we see fit, so please make sure you read this policy before making the purchase.
COMMOM PROBLEMS and FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Order arrived, but it is incomplete.
A: Sometimes we may ship your order in several boxes at no additional cost to you. So if you receive part of the order, please be patient, the rest is on its way. In case of multiple shipments, we will provide tracking numbers for each shipment.
Q: Order did not arrive.
A: We offer tracking number for each order/shipment to make it easy for you to track the package. Please check for tracking number on our site under “My Account” and under specific order.
Q: Order arrived but it is damaged.
A: We hand examine each item before sending it to you, so damages, although rare, do sometimes occur in transit. We purchase insurance from the shipment company for every shipment. If you believe your order was damaged in transit, please contact us by email for further instruction and make sure to save all the packing materials to be used as evidence of the damage. |
